GREETINGS AND WELCOME!
My name is Lauren and I am a recently retired women who has entered the entrepreneurial world of online  niche businesses.
You may want to know what that means.Well, on line entrepreneurship embraces a huge landscape of business types. There are online business owners who stick to one niche like information, how to,e commerce etc.  Starting a business can be either a full time or part time endeavor.
When I first got started a couple of years ago I struggled with just trying to build a web site. I tried many DIY options and failed miserably. I then moved to drop ship retail and because I did not know what SEO or Google Ads and Google Analytics are I sold nothing and shut them down. I puttered along with one failing idea after another and l was losing money like there was no tomorrow.
REALITY CHECK

Retirement was coming fast. That meant that I would be living on a very narrow fixed income.My choices were pretty narrow as well. I love retail. I am a natural born problem solver and I love to network and share information.
After having a long look at my choices I realized that my original intentions for this site were not working. I needed an anchor and I figured I could build other niche web sites from here. First I had to take stock of what I had and work with what was already in my files. Secondly I needed to stop spending money on systems, programs and plugins that I didn’t know enough about. And I had to be realistic about my objectives and earning power.

My friends are no more interested in online marketing than the man in the moon. I am sure I do not stand alone.
When I decided to dismantle this site and rebuild it I struck out to find other web masters who love to share and have a natural nac of teaching. I was surprised to find that in most cases their help was free or for a small cost. These are women who want to see others succeed and like good girl scouts they reach out to help. That in it’s self is rewarding but what they get back in return is much more.
So, ok, I don’t have all the answers but I am searching for you to find answers to some of your questions with out asking you to fall into a money pit.

Where have we heard that before? Well, in most cases that’s true but it shouldn’t have to break your bank. Spend your money wisely. If you have never purchased a web site from a web hosting company how will you know where to go? If you don’t know what a domain is then how can you buy one?And once you have one then what  getting started)
Before we learned to walk we crawled. before we learned to run we learned to walk. Before we learned to ride a bike some one held it for us or at least we had training wheels. The learning process is easier when we have help. It is said that knowledge is power. But how do we get there if we are not sure what  kind of knowledge we are in need of?

Miz Biz Reviews is an information site for women. It has been created for women of any age who are looking for options to start a business online or to expand their bricks & mortar’s/at home business to the world of on line marketing. This is where we come together and share our successes,ideas and get sound information to grow from.
You are in charge but nothing is built, made or developed with out others. It really does take a village. And there is a huge online village at the click of your mouse.

Successful women are often labeled as bullies, meanies, aggressive. Their reply to that attack is “If I were a man I would be called a great leader”. The truth is we can be great leaders when we have something to offer and great followers when we are in need of help and still stay in balance. I have worked with women who wanted to build a team and build up her staff to create a great work place to meet it’s objectives. They were tough but they led with grace. They always had a hand  reaching back pulling up those who needed  help and then pushing them forward so they could catch up.These women wanted others to succeed and were in fact my greatest supporters and mentors. They never felt that by showing a sister support was a show of weakness. They carried themselves with strength and presence. They had a magnet that pulled people in.So, who  are you,a shark or a sister?

As you navigate through this web site you will find great resources for the business you want to build or expand. Not all of the offerings are from women. Some come from men who actually want women to succeed and they mentor thousands of us each year through their own experience ,trials and tribulations.
